6. Orders and agreement

An order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An agreement is only concluded when the order has been shipped.

7. Prices and payment

8. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer as soon as the order has been handed over to the carrier.

The buyer is responsible for correct address details and any import duties or customs costs outside the EU.

9. Retour policy

Due to the nature of research products, opened or used products are not accepted for return.

Returns will only be considered when:

  • products are unopened;
  • a request is submitted within 14 days;
  • there is an incorrect delivery or transport damage.
